Josh Wilson
Josh is a veteran educator who served in the classroom, the library, and the field in the Texas Panhandle region for over 20 years, 15 of which as an officer of the Texas Library Association. His passion for connecting students with meaningful experiences inspired him to create T4T to ensure his fellow educators had the resources they needed to make a difference in the lives of students everywhere.

Silvia Chavarria
With a Master’s in Administration and over 15 years of experience in education, Silvia has dedicated her career to empowering teachers and transforming classrooms. Having served as both a classroom educator and a curriculum support specialist, she understands the challenges teachers face and the profound impact they have on their students.
Silvia's passion lies in creating unique learning experiences, particularly for learners in disadvantaged campuses. Through her nonprofit, she is committed to providing essential resources and support to educators, ensuring that every child has access to a rich and engaging education. Her vision is to foster an inclusive environment where creativity thrives, and every student can reach their full potential.
